Our artist-in-residence from Scotland, Joanne B Kaar, has transformed the ‘mending room’ for the last week of her time in Norris Point. (AKA the museum room in the Julia Ann Walsh Centre, Old Bonne Bay Cottage Hospital).

Visit any time when the building is open, but if you’d like to meet Joanne, she will be in the museum room during these times for her last week.
Monday 26 Feb – Thursday 1 March inclusive: 6.30pm – 8pm
Bring Joanne your garments to be mended – knitwear a speciality. Do stay to chat and share your stories of Newfoundland and learn the mending techniques Joanne uses.
