at Killdevil Conference Centre in Gros Morne National Park you’ll find Vinland Music Camp. This year’s workshop descriptions, daily schedule and registration forms are now available on their website along with a list of this year’s instructors.

The theme for this year’s Camp is the folk arts of Placentia Bay and  they will have several guest performers from this area – check the website in May for a list. There’s also a new interactive program for children ages 4-7 called ‘Chasing the Sun’, hosted by Catherine Wright.

Right after Camp finishes on August 23 be sure to check out the Killdevil Fair – an all-ages festival with music, dancing, stories, outdoor and crafts, with special guest artists.
